Apparently winterization is old school. He must be in bed with competitors.

One possibility is they support RTI which states they are introducing tech that can process 500kg per hour but their current plants are in the 56,000kg / 420,000kg / 280,000 cannabis & 2.8million kg hemp range per year. They also state their process eliminates winterization which can eliminate desirous compounds and adds to processing time.
