RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Trading HaltDocumentation indicates the halt is due as others have stated to the company needing to file financial and MD&A information. Also, it seems strange as others have asked why a managment in lockdown could not have produced these documents on time, as in the past? They may well have the halt lifted in next few days/week.

However, I have seen other micro caps use the method to simply stop the trading in their stock, while they undertake certain actions. EG., HVV has been in a trade halt for nearly 5 years; claiming a reverse company move. This stop their shareholders both trading the company and most importantly gaining access to their money to sell for losses. Afterall, who is going to come after them for a few thousand $$ vs legal fees? 

We shall see with Stans
