I think you're light, this should be an $8-10 stock minimum. The value in the ground is undeniable and only going up. Remember it's also located in North America, not some country where they seize your assets because they can.
Our problem isn't a government that simply seizes assets - it's a government that panders to tiny populations of uninformed native people and allows eco-terrorists to endlessly stall proceedings through vexatious litigation. When the EIS comes through in our favor we should be good for a run but the real run will come when/if we find a major to come in with us (or buy us out).
