This has to be one of the dumbest things said about Crew Energy when it has been documencted in third party reports how good they are at drilling. Nothing but success on these wells. 3000' weels with perf and plug technique. They have actually went back and re drilled using this technique.
What do you know? Have you been in the region? do you work in the industry?

The land is a red herring because you need money to develop it and to also explore.  For all we know, the wells on the land could be garbage or they could take a long time to develop with lots of capital, which they don't have.
