RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:My bet is that we will end the day green
Well there are possible but im sure im not alone when i suggest B. would be the best option for shareholders. D. could be a merger with another company but ESM's market cap is too low at the moment and would have move up substantially. I spoke with the past President of ESM about 8 mths ago and he suggested a Chinese Sovereign fund may be a good suitor.
Further to my earlier post i looked at the trading volume from May 5 to yesterday. To help bring some clarity to trading around a finance it is important to know that any short selling above the $.39 is covered by the paper they receive from the issue. I hope you can see that this is the one of the easiest low risk trades that can be handed to a fund. It is an absolute no brainer to short sell anything above $.39 cents as it is basically free money. That's why it is almost impossible to move above an issue price until the offering closes.
I can see why having anon sell 3.6 millions shares during this period would seem manipulative but there is a very good chance that part of that is going to be covered with the closing of the $.39 offering. Their avg price was $.421 so not a huge profit but like i said a no brainer.
