RE:RE:The Nugget EffectThese were mostly cores samples were they not? it seems they would take them from either the other half of the core that is stored on site or from samples of the core that were at the lab? Would nuggets not be randomely distributed throughout the sample they took. I am not familiar with the sampling process. I thought that they drill a core and slpit it in half lengthwise. maybe I am wrong on that. Store half on sight and the other gets sent to lab. I am not sure how long the sections are of the core that are sent out. But if there is a high grade section of a core presumably the nuggets would be distributred randomly on both sides. Correct? This could make it harder to analyse the grade for the overall resource I guess. These seemed like large deviations to me and how come all smaller and not higher for any of the high grade samples?
It is not about worrying. It is about trying to understand the reason for these deviations. If they were not core samples but were bags grainular bulk it might make more sense to me as you could send out the samples that appeared to have large nuggets.
