OK, it's cage-match.

Looks like a challege has been staged;

OnTheBalance saying; "Shorts have some rude surprises around the corner. Investors appreciate decisive cost cutting."

and

logicandinertia saying; "Let me get this straight. Your rambling post suggests that this is a good thing for Air Canada and share price will appreciate on Tuesday morning."

Two contrary opinions. Now, it's true that OTB didn't say "Tuesday" he said "around the corner". I'll let others reconcile those two timeframes but I have to say I'm keen to see which way it goes (long with bragging rights).
