you could be right but the money has already been spent its been two years since they applied and  its possible fda has approved it  i hope its bigger news than that also patent protection in usa for their new tech processes is a good thing as well an again money for it has already been spent  . am 150k in the hole with fat denis averaged at 97 cents a share  so i don't need a  mondelez kraft deal to get my money back but i would  take it  edlong is key with that
