Long term wise, I believe it is good to V price, but there will be some short term pain. The reopening of South Africa allows Bushveld to start supplying V to the market. They were producing 3000 tons annually before the Covid thing. This will have a negative impact to V price, unless the economic activity in Europe picks up a lot faster. I suspect they may not be reopening to full production right the way. Therefore, its effect is still mild or may be in balance with the growing of demand in Europe.
