The symbol on the US OTC market is FGOVF. The trading volumes there are decent - 1.75 million on Friday. You can buy it (in US funds of course) if your broker lets you. It won't be trading in Canada tomorrow and it's been my experience that there can be a serious disconnect between the closing price in the US on Monday and the opening price on the TSX on Tuesday. On the other hand sometimes you can pick up a bargain on Canadian stocks on the US OTC when Canadian markets are closed. You're 2nd guessing the Tuesday opening so GL if you take a shot tomorrow.
