Huawei use by Telus but not by Bell?

Huawei use by Telus but not by Bell?Somewhere I read that Telus was using Huawei equipment but Bell was not. This sounded ominous, that maybe T would have to rip everything out, at great expense.  Conservative leader Mackay is against the use of Huawei. Does anyone have any info on this?
