Its key downstream asset is the Prince George Refinery (PGR), the sole light oil refinery within the interior British Columbia market.

RE:RE:Link to 2020 Q1 Conference Call TranscriptPGR carries around one month crude supply in storage. Crude bought in Febuary at $60 but sold 50 cents per litre. That's why PGR didn't make any money in March. However, Crude bought in April at $20 but selling at 50 cent per litre would make lots of money.
