RE:Struggling SectorsI think there is a huge disconnect within the REIT sector. Industrial and residential/multi-family rental have a massive tail wind and strong secular growth themes while commercial is getting slammed and rightfully soo. I think multi family has been dragged down with the latter and it's created an incredible opportunity. Rates are rediculously low and will remain low for our life time imho. Rent collection has been pretty much 99% of pre covid through April and May. CAR-UN, KMP-UN, and TCN are all table pounding buys.
