Equity raise or LoC

Equity raise or LoCIf current cash burn is maintained, Lmnl will have to raise funds thru an equity rise or access the LoC sometime in June/July. The LoC brings a lot of negative vibes so I am wondering whether we are likely to see an equity raise on Nasdaq perhaps after the filing of the Ryplazim BLA. This could be avoided if the company signs a marketing deal for Ryplazim in the US market. But since the company is still looking at alternatives I doubt anything will be finalised until the BLA is filed and a Pdufa date given by the FDA. And who knows when all that will happen. So could we be looking at an equity raise on Nasdaq in the near future and if so at what price? Views appreciated
