I agree 100%, Cabbie. A special dividend is a total copout. I'm not even pleased with the Vizaya sale. The strategy was to diversify. We already had sufficient cash. We had a top dog who's expertise was expanding, and with cash and plenty of time, couldn't find anything. Management's job is to increase shareholder's value - LONGTERM! Not with a special dividend blip. They need to start doing their job. A reasonable and responsible small dividend increase, and a growth path is what is needed. Not sellouts, and a flash in the pan.
