RE:SVM had to pay Up

RE:SVM had to pay UpSo, what happens now?  I think if you're mining in the vicinity of Guyana these synergies between GUY and GOLDX make perfect sense.  Does GCC up their respective offers for the two companies?  Do they let GUY slip away and attempt a standalone offer for GOLDX?

If there were a standalone offer the bar has already been set at 0.5 shares for each share of GCC.  Does nothing happen and then along comes SVM later to attempt an acquisition of GOLDX thus completing the merger that GCC was unable to?

The cat is out of the bag now, and the hopes that this project will marinate until we are over $10 before a takeout has dimmed.  I still feel that we will be acquired by GCC, hopefully on better terms than 1/2 a share.
