RE:RE:RE:GUY.T management has undisclosed “secret” all cash offer   Yes, both parties, and maybe others, know we are in the beginning stages of a decade or longer bull market and will likely turn hyperactive at some point. If they don't get this property now, they never will. $2 is certainly in the cards.
