This sucks

This sucks    Two ways to look at it. If you would have told me 2 months ago we could sell for $1/share i would have broke a leg running for the door.
However we finally hit a hole, waiting for what is rumoured to be another good one and boom we go do a PP  under market with a company, albeit probably the best one under the circumstances.
The bogus part is that the dollar value is a rounding error for KL.  This is peanuts and they probably spent more time deciding what to order for lunch at the last the staff meeting than spending the pittance on the PP.
The other thing that really irks me is the timeline. Why the earn in over 5 years?  Why not a much shorter term?  5 years is a ridiculously long time.  They just wait out MKR and do what they want.
