RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Reverse SplitGranpax5,
I don't like a roll-back either, but Paul Huet seems to listen to some institutional investor (interview with CRUXInvestor/Matt Gordon) mentione a higher SP would allow people, especially fund managers, to buy (non-penny) stocks. I heard a ratio "up to" 11:1. But, for simple math/conversion I would suggest 10:1. So if one has 1Ms at $0.55/s, following the conversion the holding would become 100,000 s at $5.50/s (mathematically, but it go up or down depending on the market perception).
An SP of (over $3.00? depending on the exchange and brokerage) would be marginable for those who want to use this leverage (dangerous though,..margin calls would come along with the feature). As ndicated, I don't like it, but since they are proposing a name change, a rollback could be part of the same package. So, I would not object.
As far as the name change I would add the word "Golden" to the roposed name, i.e. Golden Karora Resources, to put the emphasis on gold. Call up/e-mail Paul Huet and let him know your opinion, as a shareholder.
Cheers,

Thx for the information. This was talked about right after they spoke about this on the board so like I am saying I'm not spreading anything just asking a simple question!
