Canadian Grown conference in October, Alison said publicly that they had just received their license to dry at the farm and that they had come very close to having to leave everything to rot in the field.

In an interview shortly after, she said: " it's ridiculous that you have three identical hoop houses - identicals - and one is licensed and the other two are not [...]"

That information was not communicated to all shareholders and to me was very much "material"... 

So don't count on them for divulging material info at this point. Trust issue remains for me.






Any word/news regarding licensing for the additional dry rooms?  We don't want to go through it again come harvest time...
