They hired an acquisition specialist - and there were no acquisitions. OK - maybe everything was expensive - let's give them that. But now - with uncertainty and disruption and prices falling they CANCEL any acquisitions HUH? Then they actually SELL a business with some predictable earnings. OK - good job - got a good price. Now we can really go shopping. Then they suggest it is "prudent" to preserve cash at a time like this. HUH? $150M ?? Then they don't share any of the cash with shareholders by even a marginal increase in dividend. Everything is absolutely absurd.
