You are right with one thing. You'll get the 8 points for a year until the company goes insolvent and bankrupt and you'll be waiting years for the potential for scraps after the full liquidation of assets.

Old refurbished greenhouses that produce 40% of licensed capacity and hemmorage copious amounts of capital are in high demand I hear. Brilliant plan.

So drop $100k into these debs and make back $8k in a year on interest before seeing a near total loss. Sounds like Vulcan's investment strategy here. Good luck to you.

Actually, it only cost $27k to buy $100k of debs to get the $8k in interest. It's surprising you don't understand that.

I'm willing to bet recovery is more than 19 cents based on the current set up. The market cap is $100m so along with the ATM, they could sell stock and warrants to guys like Vulcan through secondaries or private placements which will help the recovery value if it comes to that.

They could sell to another operator who could cut out substantially all of the management and head office costs. Not sure what the equity will get but I think it could get recovery over 19 cents. Maybe why Beena was willing to take the job or maybe Irwin and her discussed it before she took the role.

Or like the Vulcan thinks, revenues will go up so fast, the equity will shoot above the  conversion price of the debentures and we will all get paid.

Lots of ways to win and one way to lose. We are just assigning different probabilities.

Congrats on being bearish since $2. I hope you made lots of money, Like I said, I don't understand your motivation for posting. Just angry about all of your profits then?

Thanks for the well wishes. I definitely need them.
