RE:RE:RE:RE:Equity raise or LoC

RE:RE:RE:RE:Equity raise or LoCYes, Stockman I did take up the Rights Offering but suffered a major hit. I look towards the approval of Ryplazim to get some of my money back.

Do I trust TV? Ultimately TV must be driven by profit. It has been made clear that the company will be focused on small molecules. So at sometime in the future it will sell the Ryplazim platform along with the rest of the PPPS IP sometime in the near future. I would have thought this could be after FDA approval but also approval in Canada and the EU. But who knows with the cash crunch it could happen sooner.

It looks to me that the the small molecule program is going to be held in abeyance until the cash crunch is resolved one way or another. I think TV believes in 4050 but clearly placebo controlled clinical trials are going to be required to generate value. I also think that if positive clinical trial results are obtained for 4050 in a couple of applications then I wouldn’t be surprised that the small molecule program will be sold off at that point in time. Face it the company is being run by finance people and lawyers so it is clear they are not interested in building a major Pharma company. The top 30 molecules/applications have been identified, clinical trials are required and they must be done in a professional fashion to attract the majors. Lmnl has access to such expertise and I hope they are successful.  I just don’t know whether I will still be around as a shareholder to see it if indeed it does happen.
