RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:The new floor...Assuming the judge confirms the jury award, even the longs expect Apple to appeal and continue their pattern of efficient patent infringement. Could we be surprised - yes. But the odds say that an appeal is the most likely outcome. Plus, if Apple were to settle, the other iPhone models would come into play which just gives Apple added incentive to appeal.

One thing that will be interesting to watch - if Apple appeals, will Quarterhill immediately file a separate patent infringement case for the other iPhone models?
