RE:RE:no move with CEO Buy ? Agreed. Also add in that the market in general is bonkers is very undecided. It's also in the microcap world. The history of the ticker is synonymous with a big jump and long painful 3 year dump, interspersed with signing bad contracts involving insolvent tier one operators. And don't forget the 20 million dollar raise, at 2.25! Hardly any of that money left, if any. Those of us still down 30% even with averaging down (painful) , and that's considered good by some who are still out by far larger margins. .
And while "new" management has secured a large backlog on contracts, and implemted strong cost controls and budgeting metrics, it has yet to prove out margin and ability to scale. It also has to navigate and work around COVID. Those who have been in direct contact with Carlo, and large investors are very thankful for his efforts. But he is quiet, and very UN promotional. Like ZERO.
Stock structure, and recent contract announcements have made this a 5 bagger since January lows. This buying helps solidify the base. Even more so given the timing regarding the upcoming financials.
I am a long term holder of this stock. Largest holding by dollars invested. And it is my opinion that this little purchase is a great indicator. But we are just going to have to wait for the odd news release, and the quarterly financials. Carlo is going to let that do the speaking for him.
To be honest this is a pretty easy hold. They have the work, they know how to do it, they are one of the last litttle subs still standing, a market demanding their services, cities that won't let work be done any other way, a country that is committed to installing new fibre as a national interest, and finally a client that wants them to produce fibre more than they want to "not pay".
Just go to sleep until September. I don't see many selling this stock in the summer . Unless sonething Covid related absolutely decimates the UK, or Carlo has health issues, this will be a few multiples higher by then. And given the timeline of the sizeable contracts still available, the interest can't help but keep building.
