60 to 100mg daily it what is studies have shown for a healthy person  so 200mg  but the scientisis doing this i am sure go by body weight  people can eat hemp till your shuting square bales  its been a food staple for thousands of years and medicine there wouldn't be half the illness in the world if the rich wouln't have banned it to feed us chems to make us sicker so they could sell us something to stop the side effects of the first drug humans need this
