RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Solid and Stead as a RockYou see that is what research does grip. Up to that point things where going great as per their financials, they had q over q increases in sales and things where looking rosey ( one red flag with the financials was everything was lumped together so shareholders never knew what sales where coming from which arm of the company). Then what happened? Management did not tell shareholders that Natural Ventures had their licenses suspended they keep it under raps and because of the way they announced their financials there was no Idea about how bad they could be. The only reason shareholders found out about the suspension as due to research by shareholders which cause the company to put a news release out to inform shareholders but by then the short had started. When they put the next financials out the truth about sales came out also. It appeared the only sales they had was from their 66% ownership of GSRX, no sales from California or Colombia which told shareholders most of the sales volumes q over q was from Natural Ventures which had been shut down, hence no sales in that q or the next one. We now wait to see what the financials are going to be with the release at months end. Now that we know their likely only be sales from the 66% of GSRX and two months of Natural Ventures that we know of. Simply put management has to gain peoples trust back and it's not going to happen with one partial financial statement or the a convoluted news release.
