RE:RBC Target

Target is $11, upside ttarget is $13. There was no mention of the upside target in the cut and pasted article.. I am not an RBC client so can't say for sure in this case, but have read other RBC reports that give an upside target in addition to a target price. Not sure if that was the case here or not.
