RE:RE:RE:RE: EXCELLENT “BAR” DAYVery interesting angle, but I don't understand it.  Holding down the price of WM might have made BAR shareholders more likely to not approve the buyout, given the fixed 0.71 ratio, whereas if the price of WM soared before the vote, that I would think might have insprired people to vote all the more in favor of the buyout, realizing they were getting 0.71 of a larger piece of pie.

Must be I am missing something.  Thoughts?  Thanks-tndl
