I agree RG.  Not exactly sure what the original poster meant by funding a new mine.  certainly none of these funds are directly for that.

as far as the short sellers - could be normal short selling but i would think it's some new smaller PP participants getting their free warrants with a bit of a gain on the normal shares before they are even in their hands.   i believe that is legal a doable but i could be wrong.  that's what bothers me about the warrants but hard to do a PP otherwise.

unless i missed something (and i have asked this before), it appear no lockdown period on the PP shares which i also found unusual.

as far as sell in May.  this is a stock that you want to keep your core holdings - want to trade a bit in and out fine - but hold a core if you think one day it may be halted. just my 2 cents.
