Canadian Operations segment includes the exploration for, development of, and production of oil, NGLs, natural gas and other activities within Canada. Market Optimization segment is primarily responsible for the sale of the Company’s production to third-party customers and enhancing the associated netback price. The segment’s activities also include third-party purchases and sales of product to provide operational flexibility.

There is alot of criteria that is looked at but primarily market cap, financial viability and adequate liquidity and reasonable price....all this info is included in the indexes fact sheet....so the first one I would look at is the S&P 1500 and the items mentioned above are what are looked at.

So why didnt we qualify in Feb, we did but the major indexes dictate when they want to rebalance, the major indexes decided to postpone. The new date is June 19th. The russell index is June 26th, etc

....well our market cap hit the dumpster so our impact won't be much.
