Trading againI am still a little amazed that we are not trading yet.
I also still wonder if this whole scenario is legal. How can you change the business without getting shareholder approval? After the fact approval (after 18+ months) doesnt really count either.
To me the issue is not necessarily the deposits or the strength of the cashew business, etc. it is the competence of the management team.
If there is any due diligence done, how many investors would invest in a company that changed the business, resulting in a trading halt that has lasted as long as this one, with no end in sight? And, for the cherry on top, they have left the shareholders in the dark the entire time (the updates that state that they are still working through the process are of no value. what is left to do, what are the hurdles, what has been spent for the COB to date, when is an expected return to trading date, these are pieces of information with value)
I have a friend who is a broker and he once told me that one of the most important aspects of a company is the strength of its management team. The track record of this management team leave sme with very little confidence that this stock will do anything once trading starts again......if this management team can get it trading again.
Hard to be positive about the company or the management team when I look at the track record.
