Met with Huet, clarified some things

Met with Huet, clarified some things
Had a good meeting with Huet. As often happens one thing leads to another and did not cover all the bases. Will review the questions people here had and report the answers. Am very happy to have a large position in Karora.

Two things did verify. The Paleo Channels are indeed buried rippable (no blasting needed) placer gravel channels and they are quite excited about them. And as guessed it would be feeding them to the mill via a slurry pipeline. Did not verify if can be gravity only gold extraction.

The other big thing is indeed as we have guessed he thinks in 2021 they can completely fill the mill with no Beta ore and at as high or higher average grade, just HGO. And they have made Maverick aware of that. They were not in that position until Aquarius deal. So just seems that Maverix will have to give us a better deal, as Karora is such a big part of Maverix's revenue (think 18%) and that revenue can go away in 2021.

Floated some ideas by him on other aspects of Karora's future and he liked them and we discussed. In case he decides to do them am not going to mention them as could get in the way of negotiations with other companies.

One more thing, Paul is open on the reverse split and by how much. He does have Funds that have told them they would buy but can not if it is under $3 and encouraged him on the split so they can buy. And that is open market type buying. And if it is voted down that is fine with him, let the owners decide.

Cheers
