Keep tring to find reason to buy URC,??

Keep tring to find reason to buy URC,??I love the idea but  with many 1,000s of tons sitting waiting for a buyer and still 5 to 10 years out from a defit. which may or may NOT happen .. Please explain to me why I should invest... love the stock idea ..BUT...
