Oct. 30, 2019: Announces extention to previous PP announcement. Expect to close around nov. 15, 2019.
 

Nov. 26, 2019: Announces extention on the previous extension. Expect to close around Dec. 27, 2019.
 

Jan. 28, 2020: Announces that the company was not able to close the previously announced non-brokered private placement.
