RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Reverse spliti beleive it would be to attract certain institutional investors that would be able to support share price and promote volume, as currently their is no institutional investors (MMCAP gone).
If SP stays low through the end of June it benefits all shareholders as there will be a large number of expired out of the money options/warrants. These guys (EVE) never sold us out by lowering options strike prices like ZENA did and does. If all goes as planned i think we will see a sig increase in the 2nd half once we rid ourselves of much potential dilution. Unfortunately that also means no money for the company at 35 cents / common. And if a raise is needed it will be at sig less than that. (double edged sword it is)
