RE:RE:Trading againThanks for the information and I hope you make out like a bandit with the particpation in the PP.
The reason I say that an after the fact approval doesn't count is because whether it receives approval or not, they have essentially done it anyway.
If I am giving you a ride from Edmonton to Saskatoon but instead I drive to Calgary, asking for your approval once we are in Calgary is of little value. This is basically what GQ has done.
It only makes sense to seek approval from shareholders prior to changing the business, not after it has already been done.
I am not bashing the company and I honestly hope that it becomes a great success.
I can live with a company that underperforms because of external factors such as insurgence in Mali, the challenges of doing business in Africa, etc. Where I start to lose patience is with a management team that communicates as poorly as this one and then changes the business without shareholder approval.
Unfortunately I have no option but to sit on my hands and wait, I am just not particularly happy about it. I doubt the management team reads these posts, but I sure hope that they do!
