According to their 2019 financials (Ending Dec 31):

1.3M Shares of Nextleaf and hold 142.5K warrants at a 0.70 strike price set to expire May 2021.

Could not find more recent data. They may have partaken in the PP, were definitely buying through March lows just from observation at the time.
