Maybe this is the way the board is taking him out and saving face, really the company has gone down over the last 3 years under him.
You look at the current executives they have no experience in printing companies of this size they are all from small companies eclipse, peranial and thistle. Cote is from canada post a sales guy.
They should look for somebody from Transcon, rrd, or taylor to clean this mess up once and for all, I think most have had enough.
