They are obviously trialing what is a commercial unit,you wouldn't use a cricket bat to get authority for a new golf driver to meet USPGA regs would you

I didn't say they were selling anything,I said the unit being trialed will be as per the commercial units to be sold. They can't obtain FDA on a compliantly different bit of kit then say that the kit being commercially sold is FDA approved when that kit wasn't tested,that would be like fraudulent wouldn't it
