RE:RE:SIB Circular...I doubt that we will be above 2.15 unless we get news to bump it up
with the SIB we will be locked in to the 1.95 to 2.15 range until news happens
i base this opinion on the fact that this is an extremely low volume stock controlled in the most part by traders making pennies daily 
they drive it up and down based upon their stock on hand and milk the less involved investors that don't have the tools to work the price themselves
