I dont think I have ever seen a second tranche close 8 mths after the first.Lord of Seven Hills Holdings FZE have a seat on the board and you  would have to think they are some what satisfied with operations or they may not have released to funds. 
Based on their passion for buring through money they will be looking for more in the near future so need to be buying any more shares at the moment.

I think moving to the London exchange is mandatory, there is no market for it here.
