some good points, but something you said confuses me. If the deal is closed at .11, why would the stock drop below .11? Considering that the acquired company brings value to the business, wouldn't the stock position strengthen and improve? In other words, you've kinda described a situation where 2+1 = >2 (less than 2). To me, this doesn't make sense. My opinion is that we'll see continued strength in the business, moving forward. I, personally, don't really care if the business operates in N. America, S. America, or halfway across the world, just as long as they turn this ship profitable. And it seems like they are making some interesting moves in that direction.
