It owns a portfolio of over 56 properties in the United States, comprised of 53 assisted living and memory care facilities and three skilled nursing facilities. In Canada, the Company owns an interest in four seniors housing assets.

RE:Tax Issue

Invesque is not a REIT even if it is traded and valued as a REIT
It is more like a REOC (real estate operating company) with a reit like portfolio structure. The REOC allows more flexibility in financing and investing in development and operations.

But is is definitively run by a bunch of unethical people
