Yes they were using the Abbott ID now which has been shown to perform poorly.... https://www.medicaldevice-network.com/comment/questions-raised-abbott-id-now-covid-19-test/...... The authors of the study found that the Abbot ID NOW Covid-19 device missed between 33.3% and 48.4% of positive samples detected by the Cepheid Xpert Hopefully they scrapped these shitty machines and are only lab testing now which is what it sounds like!
