Shazam57, I can't speak for the original poster, but shatter/resin/etc is more attractive to me as a pothead. I don't know any pothead who uses oil. I know people who use it for "medicinal" effects (such as for sleep), but nobody who uses oil to get high. I sure don't, and wouldn't.

that being said, I'm over 40 now, so can't speak for younger generations.
