Bernard's Statement with Correction Dear MSKENZIE’S,
I took my time before replying, A) because I understood that your post was not bashing, but more venting about an investment choice that has not panned out as expected, B) that you were using the opportunity this forum gives you to voice your opinions on how thing should be done and C) as you said, I do have a laid back style…
Yes, we all want to have a return on our investments, but before saying that we are not pushing things forward, or telling us how we should do our job, let me quote what the Peter Pascali, the CEO of PyroGenesis wrote so eloquently not long ago about HPQ
“First, as an investor, you have to realize that you will never have all the information the CEO has, and upon which he is making decisions. As such, an investor must come to terms with the fact that many times decisions are made that may not make any sense at all. To berate a CEO for his actions because YOU are in the dark makes little sense to me.”
The fact is that we have never stopped working on our projects and we have issued regularly press release explaining what we are doing.
I agree that there are companies that only have R&D projects and they are advertising it everywhere, but these companies chose is to invest funds in marketing and not business development.
That is not what we are doing.
I have study very carefully the failures of many of these one-time darlings of the market (Orbite, Argex, Nemaska Lithium, to name just a few) and I have concluded that having a mutually beneficial working relationship with a world-class partner like PyroGenesis, is the best, if the not the only way for a small company like HPQ to develop the game-changing technologies we are working on.
And if that means, as you said MSKENZIE’S, we “… sit back for months at a time because Pyro needs all its people to work on their stuff.” Then I am fine with that...
Because, I believe that when the market finally would wake up to the Incredible Potential of PyroGenesis, that then HPQ would be pulled forward by that market reality…
A fact that was proven this week, as contrary to what people may think, HPQ shares appreciation this week is not related to anything we are working on, it is 100% due to our close relationship with PYR. We believe that HPQ market Cap should be equal to 1/20 of PyroGenesis market Cap, and that seems to be what is being reflected in the market...
As BT592 commented, on the day of our post we only traded 500 shares at 0.085 and for that we week we only traded 419,767 shares…while PyroGenesis traded 86,000 shares on the same day at an average price of $0.687and they 934,000 shares for the week…
This week, Pyro Friday close was at $1.43 while HPQ closed was 0,135 … and all that after we reminded the market that PyroGenesis as a lot of skin invested HPQ projects...
Hope this helps,
Regards,
Bernard Tourillon
CEO
Note the high light in Yellow of 1/20. The # was corrected later by Bernard. It ( HPQ) should have a market cap of 20 % of PYRs present market cap. So at this time there is a present disconnect in the sp differential.
The potentials of the silicon markets being targeted by HPQ/PYR are simply ' intoxicating ' as stated by the CEO of PYR, Peter.
Money to be made being Long in PYR/HPQ ??, You Betcha' !!
The Purevap system developed by PYR is Disruptive & will be proven shortly the true scale & scope with samples being provided to Giants in the Battery biz plus research labs confirming what HPQ/PYR have to offer.
Don't lose sight either that HPQ already has a NDA with a Battery maker.
In their Purevap work they describe the silicon content as being 99.99% ( 4 Ns ) of the product produced by Purevap. N representing the numeric, 9 .
So with that thought, IMO, I believe that there is a 4N probability of a signed major $$$$ pellet ore contract with a Giant in the iron ore biz by about the end of 2nd Qtr. Which in turn will be the catalyst for the other Giants to follow suit, knowing they have the ' Aces ' when buying the plasma torches that would replace their present Burners.
There is also the possibility, by end of 2nd Qtr completion of testing phase, that the plasma usage may be of greater benefits than the present Burners being used in the mfg. process. Some would say, it's just more ' icing ' on the cake when buying into the plasma torch benefits.
While I'm @ it, I also am with the thought of a joint venture between PYR & HPQ as being a 4Ns probability.
Concerning the possibilty of PYR going Blue Chip, I feel very comfortable in saying, IMO, 100 %. A deviation from the 4Ns but I am OK with it.
Another thing of certainty is that this coming week, I will be picking up more shares of PYR. I was hoping to buy under $ 1.50, who knows what's going to happen on that front now, especially if a Big NR is given the market place by Peter.
Ohhh well, what will be, will be !! No matter the sp come Monday, it will be a ' Gift ' near term & greater when the News Break. Leading to a Break Out of ...... EPIC ....... proportions !!
Best wishes All, good health,
Great Fortune,
Sincerely,
