They really can't afford to pay for a trial without BARDA when there are many promising vaccines in development, and latest PR sounds like they are proceeding regardless. Still think CEO is a cuck, constantly changing pipeline, two terrible failed acquisitions, the potential reverse split, the botched IIA grant, terrible financings gives me no confidence at all in this company. How he hasn't been fired is beyond me.
