You could very well be right fdfd. Hindsight will be 20/20 as always.

Even if it does retreat it's means little at this stage (to me at least and others who are looking at 2020 and beyond).... We're still largely bidding on potential and DD is pointing to larger gains once / if a major revenue stream hits firm. GLTA.
