Its Cordero Ranch property is located in Cedar City, Utah.

Interesting interview, I liked how he scratched his nose after telling how important the little players are... as little as I know about reading body language, that was enough for me to stay away from this stock.

Congratulation to whoever made profit. Be extremely careful if you still think of jumping in.
